Feast In the Middle East Went LIVE on KQED!

Hello Friends!

Hope you are all doing well and enjoying the blossoms of springtime! Here in California, the weather took an abrupt change from winter to summer. Time to change out those flannel sheets!

I wanted to catch you all up on the beautiful live show I did in partnership with KQED, the main PBS channel in San Francisco. The show was called The Flavors of the Levant, I had the incredible opportunity to engage with a live audience of 200 people, sharing the deep history and vibrant culture of Middle Eastern cuisine,

At the end of the day, my goal and hope is that all of YOU become flavor experts on Middle Eastern cuisine, with refined palates and a culinary education on the ancient dishes that originated from that part of the world. From the stories behind beloved dishes to live food demonstrations that brought the flavors to life, it was a true celebration of tradition, taste, and community.

Thank you to everyone who joined either in person or virtually, asked thoughtful questions, and tasted their way through the Levant with us! I will be sharing some highlights of the event on my Youtube channel, starting with the clip below. More to come on this page soon!
