As much as I love to do my cooking show, it can get frustrating talking to a camera–my cooking classes allow me to break that wall and interact with viewers directly! I love the casualness of it all, being able to share my family and cultural traditions in an intimate cooking setting, where I can have great conversations with people as I cook. Most of all I love getting instant feedback from the attendees as they taste my dishes! I get a lot of sweet emails from viewers asking me if I deliver food worldwide. While I might not be able to do that, I do cherish meeting many of you locals at my cooking classes.
