Behind the Scenes of My Cooking Class!

As much as I love to do my cooking show, it can get frustrating talking to a camera–my cooking classes allow me to break that wall and interact with viewers directly! I love the casualness of it all, being able to share my family and cultural traditions in an intimate cooking setting, where I can have great conversations with people as I cook. Most of all I love getting instant feedback from the attendees as they taste my dishes! I get a lot of sweet emails from viewers asking me if I deliver food worldwide. While I might not be able to do that, I do cherish meeting many of you locals at my cooking classes. Many of you have asked me what these classes are really like, so I put together a 2 minute behind the scenes video just for you. 😉  Here is a  peek at what these classes are like:

My next class  on August 9, has just been announced,  with the menu below:

Arabian Nights Summer Soiree

Sesame-Crusted Halloumi, Pan-Fried and Drizzled with Honey
Bulgar Wheat Pilaf with Chickpeas, Herbs, Feta, Pistachios and Sultanas
Kofta Meatballs with Black Garlic and Pomegranate Glaze
Pistachio Baklava with Rose- and Lemon-Infused Syrup

This class will be in Menlo Park in the heart of Silicon Valley!  You can register before it sells out like the last one did! Information  HERE.

Have a wonderful Easter, and I will be back with more recipes soon!

Sahtein,

Blanche
