Middle Eastern Grandma-Style Cooking… in IRELAND?!

Hello Dear Friends!

Just returned from an unforgettable trip to Ireland — and I’m still processing how deeply moving it was. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how warm, kind, and welcoming the people were. Locals went out of their way to offer directions, share their stories, or give me more information about the places I visited. There’s something soulful about Ireland and its people, a quiet strength in its people and a resilience you can just feel.

The scenic beauty was so surreal I just had to share these pictures with you! Rolling green hills, dramatic cliffs, coastal villages, and skies that constantly shift from moody gray to brilliant blue with majestic puffy clouds. Every corner of the country felt like an oil painting brought to life:

And the food… wow. I wasn’t expecting to be blown away, but Ireland’s farm-to-table culture is something special. Fresh dairy, organic produce, sustainably raised meats, and hearty and dense Irish soda bread to go with everything, especially that Irish butter. You can taste the care, and the land, in every bite.

I even managed to find an authentic Middle Eastern food restaurant, and share a review with you. This way I feel like I took you all along with me. Yes you heard that right..who knew Ireland had authentic Middle Eastern food ? From uncommon dishes you find in restaurants like Loubia and Mansaf to a tray of mezza that would make anyone in Lebanon, Palestine, or Syria proud, this was a taste of home I never expected. Check out the new video here:

This trip reminded me that travel can nourish not just the body and mind, but the spirit too — especially when you visit a place that aligns with your values.

Thank you, Ireland — for your beauty, your bravery, and your boundless hospitality.💚
